Loved it, as a 12 year old game dev, the fact you made it this when you were 16 is just a big motivation for me. keep up the good work, and i will keep up mine too. :)
This "full length" game could've had its play time cut to 1/3 if it wasn't for the lifeless hallways. Environmental design was also lifeless, cat food boxes everywhere, empty rooms and backwards facing trailers in the trailer park which were built on top of rocks? I'm not saying these things to be malicious, but with a little more life, fleshing out and engaging world this game would've been much more. The story, ambience and sound were absolutely amazing, but the environments and pointless filler hallways made me lose interest and have to struggle through to the end.
The plot was amazing, kept me guessing and on my toes. But to me, personally, it felt like a hallway simulator with a side quest of chasing a serial killer. Just a little more layout thought and love and i'd have 0 complaints at all. To me, walking through empty places shouldnt be added to make what couldve been a 20 minute game that long
I suppose so. I managed to make a 3 part series on this game, I cut out anything that was basically empty space. managed to get at least 40 minutes of content. But I tend to check out everything ahha
My emotions have been toyed with and my heart shattered. Incredible ending and plot twist, absolutely wild to me that you're only 16, like you're very, veeery good at stablishing an intriguing narrative, very excited to see what else you can come up with
Im gonna be posting a youtube playthrough here soon, but just wanted to say this game was phenomenal. The story and gameplay was amazing, and the twists were awesome.
Incredible game! First game I've played by you, and I watched the big boy Berlin play another. Keep doing what you do, and I would LOVE to voice act in one of your games, as I said in the video. Think about it :)
