The tension in some of the "levels", the creepy artwork, the overall feeling of tension but the undeniably upbeat tone of the ending and your journey to save the souls, just a great game through and through. Excellent work and I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for future projects from you!

i just want to say Jordi you deserve an award dude, your story telling alone is terrifying, beautiful and meaningful all in one and its rare to come across a dev on itch committed this much to creating a brilliant story based horror! everything about this game was so affective, the atmosphere, the style the storytelling especially at the end truly gave me Goosebumps, i really loved this, the shopping list was great but this is one of a kind you have such a bright future if you commit like this to every project, 5 starts man! gameplay above i hope you guys enjoy as much as i did!

I can tell that you have developed with your programming skills as well as taught yourself the underlying psychology behind horror games. I quickly took note to the fact that we get to drive the car ourselves, which is a minor improvement from “shopping list.” Good job, I truly enjoyed the experience :)
I've been a big fan since The Shopping List and I'm really happy to see that this game is just as good if not better than that one. I would consider this game more of a Horror 'Experience' than a 'Game' because there isn't necessarily a gameplay related challenge except for that one part where you close doors multiple times.
Broken Through is very much a linear game in which the Horror happens to you as you progress through the game and it's because of that that I feel more comfortable calling it an experience, and a great one at that.
The visuals were great, even beautiful at times. The music sort of felt like it was one more play away from being repetitive but that isn't an issue. The sound design is great and you know you're in trouble when the thumpy bass starts to kick in (or go away). The story is good and unexpectedly wholesome by the end, something you don't see very often these days.
I never felt bored or frustrated and these are very important things to nail in a horror game.
If you liked The Shopping List but want some more tension and scares, DO NOT skip on this game! It got a original story, a nice retro style, great tension, smooth storytelling and might I say some sexy sounds and screams of various variety. I highly recommend this game! It's great! You will not regret a second of playing it!
The Shopping List was great and borrows a lot of the art style from The Shopping List but this genuinely made me jump/get scared a little, @JordiBoi you just keep getting better and better :)
Wow... this game is amazing, it's actually some kind of nightmare I would have when I was a kid, could have more details in modelling and mapping, but in general it's great, keeps the same essence from the shopping list, and it's also free
